随着大学生的总数越来越多,大学生就业形势一年比一年严峻。面对巨大的就业压力,很多毕业生缺少就业前的思考和心理准备,大部分学生没有一个完善的自我概念,对自己的发展计划没有明确的认识,不能进行准确的职业定位。我校依据全套人才培养方案制定了"全过程"的就业教育体系,这一贴合学生实际的职业生涯规划教育使学生的自我认识、职业定位、职业能力等方面得到了极大的提升。

With the enrollment of student increasing,graduates realize that finding a job becomes harder than ever.Facing the great pressure in seeking employment,many of the graduates are found lack of all-round consideration and psychological preparation.Most of them do not have perfect cognition of themselves,so they can not judge the occupation correctly.Jilin Huaqiao Foreign Languages Institute has established an edu-cational system of'all stages'providing guidence of cultivating scheme for all of the students at all stages of education.This scheme is fit for the graduates'occupation program.Firstly,it helps the graduates realize themselves.Secondly,it helps them judge the occupation correctly.Finally,it helps the graduates promote their capacity in the profession.
