摘要
本文结合当代社会就业形势和我院的实际情况,以及毕业生在就业上存在的各种问题,有针对性地提出了大学生如何在就业形势十分严峻的社会竞争中提升自己的就业能力,本论文将对此问题从职业规划,社会适应力,心理素质和择业心态等方面进行论述和探讨。
This paper illustrates the employment situation of contemporary society,the actual condition of our institute,and all kinds of problems of university graduates applying for a job.Pur-posely,it also proposes how the college students improve their employability in such a severe social competition of employment.Besides that,the paper will do a in-depth study and statement of this point from occupational planning,social adaptability,psychological quality and the attitude of seek-ing employment.
