新时期加强辅导员队伍建设的必要性及措施

随着我国政治、经济和高等教育"大众化"的飞速发展,大学生问题的多样性、多层次性,急需有较高专业素质的辅导员队伍,以及在学生思想政治教育工作、德育工作、管理工作、心理咨询工作等方面的专家型、学者型辅导员队伍。目前我国辅导员队伍还有很多欠缺,整体素质不高,管理体制、机制有待进一步完善,这些直接影响了辅导员队伍的工作效果。因此,加强辅导员队伍建设迫在眉睫。本文从加强辅导员队伍建设是促进高校发展的重要因素、新形势下高校辅导员工作面临的挑战、加强和改进高校辅导员队伍建设的措施三大方面展开了论述。

With the political and economic progress, and the development of the massification of higher education, universities need badly a team of counselors who have high professional qualifications in ideolog- ical and political education, moral education, management, and psychological counseling work to tackle the diversified and multi-facet problems of students. At present, many counselors lack the overall quality and the management system and mechanisms are not improved, which directly affects the work of counselors. In this context, to strengthen the construction of counselor’s team is extremely urgent. In this paper the significance of strengthening the construction of counselors, challenges that college counselors are confronting in the new situation, and the countermeasures are discussed.
