Problems and Solutions on Fostering the Application-oriented Talents in Private Colleges

我国的民办本科高校在近些年得以迅速发展,但是在应用型人才培养的教学实践中还存在很多问题,如对应用型人才培养定位的认识问题、人才培养的模式问题、保障体系问题等,理顺和解决这些突出的问题,对人才培养起着重要的作用。

China's private colleges and universities have developed rapidly in recent years. But in the teaching practice of fostering application-oriented talents there still exist many problems, for example, in under-standing the orientation of fostering application-oriented talents, the training mode, and security system, and so on. To rationalize and resolve these outstanding issues is essential to fostering talents.
