试论《大学语文》对民办外语院校实用型人才培养的作用

The Necessity of Humanistic Education through College Chinese in Foreign Language Colleges under New Situation

在全球化的文化语境下,外语院校专业课地位越发重要,而作为公共必修课的大学语文地位日益边缘化,这种现象值得反思。不言而喻,《大学语文》对于提高当代大学生人文素质具有重要作用。在当今经济高速发展的全球化背景下,民办外语院校从其设定的知识、能力、人格三位一体实用型人才培养目标出发,更应该看到通过《大学语文》课程对实现实用型人才培养所起到的作用。

College Chinese is a discipline whose teaching aim is not quite similar to high school Chinese. As a public compulsory course, College Chinese focuses on improving the contemporary college students’ humanistic quality. However, in the context of increasing economic globalization, because of the pressure of the major courses, the situation of College Chinese becomes more and more marginalized. According to the contemporary college students’status of the humanistic quality, this article tries to highlight that foreign language colleges should realize the significant role that College Chinese plays in improving student’s human- istic quality, hence to realize the integretion of knowledge, ability and personality.
