摘要
高校图书馆作为高校的重要组成部分,对教学科研和育人具有十分重要的作用。而现有的在岗工作人员素质的高低直接影响着图书馆作用的发挥,因此,要采取切实有效的措施,大力提高图书馆员的素质,以适应高等教育发展的需要。
University library, as an important component of the colleges and universities, plays an import-ant role in teaching, research and education. And the quality of library staff affects the role play of the library. Therefore, to take effective measures to improve the quality of librarians in order to meet the needs of higher education is of great importance.
