Establishment and Thinking of Practice Teaching in Tourism Management

教育部《关于进一步加强高校本科教学工作的若干意见》指出:高等学校应该着眼于国家发展和人的全面发展需要,坚持知识、能力、素质的协调发展。华桥外院也提出"知识、能力、人格"三位一体的办学指导思想。这里都强调一个核心即注重能力的培养。旅游管理是一门实践性很强的学科,为了实现华外培养"应用型、复合型、外向型高级外语外事人才"这一目标,旅游管理专业必须在注重理论教学的同时,加大实践教学的改革力度,实施柔性教学管理,适应企业需求。

'Further Consideration on Reinforcing Undergraduate Education in Colleges and Universities'published by the Ministry of Education pointed out:colleges and universities should focus on the needs of national development and overall human development and adhere to the coordinated development of knowledge,ability and quality.Jilin Huaqiao Foreign Languages Institute also put forward the guiding philosophy of'the integretion of knowledge,ability and personality.Both of them emphasized the competence-centered training.Tourism Management is a major which is closely related to practice.In order to cultivate graduates of being application-orientated,extroverted,Tourism Management must stress on the theoretical teaching as well as practice teaching.
