北京市某密度板制造企业MDF车间职业病危害调查 被引量:1

Investigation on occupational hazards in MDF workshop of a medium density fiberboard manufacturing enterprise of Beijing

摘要 目的了解北京市某密度板制造企业中密度纤维板(MDF)车间的职业病危害状况,提出相应的职业病防控措施。方法通过职业卫生现场调查和职业病危害因素检测等方法,对该企业职业病危害状况作出评价。结果 MDF车间存在的职业病危害因素主要是木粉尘、甲醛、氨、噪声和高温。其中甲醛共检测6个点,3个检测点合格,合格率为50%;木粉尘、氨、噪声检测结果均符合国家职业接触限值,合格率均为100%。结论甲醛是MDF车间主要职业病危害因素,且危害程度严重,企业应采取革新工艺、增加通风、加强个人防护等措施加以控制。 [Objective]To understand the status of occupational hazards in Medium Density Fiberboard(MDF) workshop of a medium density fiberboard manufacturing enterprise of Beijing,propose appropriate occupational disease preventive and control measures.[Methods] The status of occupational hazards in this enterprise was evaluated through field occupational health investigation and occupational hazards occupational detection.[Results]The main occupational hazards in MDF workshop were wood dust,formaldehyde,ammonia,noise and heat. Among 6 formaldehyde detection points,3 points were qualified with the qualified rate of 50%. The concentrations or strength of wood dust,ammonia and noise were all within occupational exposure limits with the qualified rate of 100%.[Conclusion] The major occupational hazard is formaldehyde in MDF workshop with serious degree. The enterprise should take effective measures against formaldehyde through technological innovation,increasing ventilation and strengthening personal protection.
