Contamination status of heavy metal in some commercially available foods in Yubei District of Chongqing from 2014-2015

摘要 目的了解重庆市渝北区2014—2015年部分市售食品中的重金属污染现状,为渝北区食品安全监管提供科学依据。方法对渝北区2014—2015年的超市和农贸市场随机抽取各类食品样品,并按国家标准监测样品中的铅、镉、总砷、总汞含量。结果共检测10类样品477份,其中叶菜类蔬菜的铅合格率为81.8%,根茎类蔬菜铅合格率为89.3%,肝脏、肾脏、大米中铅合格率为90.0%~98.0%之间,其余种类的铅合格率均为100.0%。叶菜类蔬菜、根茎类蔬菜和大米类的镉合格率在90.0%~98.0%之间,其他类的镉合格率均为100.0%。果实类蔬菜和根茎蔬菜类砷合格率在90.0%~98.0%之间,其他类的砷合格率均为100.0%。所有种类食品的汞合格率均为100.0%。结论重庆市渝北区内部分食品存在重金属超标情况,有必要在今后对区内食品尤其是蔬菜类样品进行更加全面的连续监测,以保障人民群众的食品安全。 [Objective]To investigate the contamination status of heavy metals in some commercially available foods in Yubei District of Chongqing from 2014-2015,provide scientific basis for food safety supervision.[Methods] The food samples were randomly collected from supermarkets and farmers markets in Yubei District from 2014-2015. The contents of lead,cadmium,total arsenic and total mercury were tested according to the national standard.[Results]477 food samples of 10 types were tested. The qualified rate of lead in leafy vegetables and root vegetables was 81.8% and 89.3% respectively,the qualified rates of lead in liver,kidney and rice were between 90.0% and 98.0%,and the qualified rates of lead in other food types were 100%. The qualified rates of cadmium in leafy vegetables,root vegetable and rice were between 90.0% and 98.0%,and the qualified rates of cadmium in other food types were 100%. The qualified rates of arsenic in fruit vegetables and root vegetables were between90.0% and 98.0%,and the qualified rates of arsenic in other food types were 100%. The qualified rates of mercury in all food samples were 100%.[Conclusion]The heavy metal contents in some foods exceed the standard in Yubei District of Chongqing. It is necessary to carry out the more comprehensive continuous monitoring on food in Yubei District,especially on vegetable,to protect the people's food safety.
