浅谈机制砂在水泥混凝土中的应用

目前,我国大多数地区水泥混凝土中用的细集料是天然砂,但随着基本建设的发展,混凝土用砂供需矛盾日渐突出,影响了工程建设的进展。从机制砂的生产和供给状况入手,试验研究机制砂与天然砂的差异,并结合山西省左权至黎城高速公路水泥混凝土中使用机制砂的情况,对机制砂的生产工艺、质量控制要点以及对水泥混凝土性能的影响进行了阐述,让人们更好地认识和利用好机制砂,进一步缓解混凝土用天然砂供不应求的情况。

From the production and supply situation of machine-made sand, this paper had the experimental study on the difference between the machine-made sand and natural sand. Combined with the use of machinemade sand in cement concrete of Zuoli Highway in Shanxi Province, it also discussed the production process,quality control points and the influence of cement concrete performance, which made people better understand and made good use of machine-made sand to further ease the situation of natural sand concrete in short supply.
