骨折患者出院前对居家护理需求预测量表的信效度检验

Psychometric test of Home Care Demand Forecasting Scale for fracture patients before discharge

目的 对骨折患者出院前居家护理需求预测量表进行信效度检验.方法 本研究属于描述性研究,采用便利抽样方法,在延边朝鲜族自治州5所综合性医院抽取412例骨折患者;获得有效问卷398份,进行信效度检验.结果 骨折患者出院前居家护理需求预测量表共有5个维度、32个条目;总量表的分半信度为0.910,各维度的分半信度均〉0.75;内容效度专家评定结果显示问卷内容效度指数（S-CVI）为0.948,各条目的内容效度指数（I-CVI）水平为0.76-1.00;因子分析结果包含5个因子,累积方差贡献量为59.181%;建构效度结果χ^2/df=1.554,近似误差均方根（RMSEA）=0.037,比较拟合指数（GFI）=0.920.量表的总体Cronbachα系数为0.948,各维度Cronbachα系数为0.797-0.875.结论 本次研究的骨折患者出院前居家护理需求预测量表信效度结果较好,可以对骨折患者的居家护理需求进行调查.

Objective To test the reliability and validity of the home care demand forecasting scale for fracture patients when they were before discharge. Methods This study was descriptive study. Convenience sampling was used and 412 patients with fracture from 5 comprehensive hospitals in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture were selected. Finally, the number of valid questionnaires is 398 which were used for testing. Results Five factors and 32 items were eventually determined. The split-half reliability coefficient was 0.910, and split-half coefficient in each dimension was over 0.75; the content validity showed scale level content validity index（S-CVI） was 0.948, and the index in each item＇s item level content validity index （I-CVI） was between 0.76 to 1.00. The result of factor analysis included 5 factors and the cumulative contribution of variance was 59.181%. The result of construct validity χ^2/df=1.554, root mean square error approximation （RMSEA）=0.037, goodness-of-fit index （GFI）=0.920. The total of scale＇s Cronbach coefficient was 0.948, Each dimension＇s Cronbach coefficient was between 0.797-0.875. Conclusions The home care demand forecasting scale was proved to be reliable and valid. It can be used to assess the home-care needs of fracture patients before they were discharge.
