摘要
目的:建立硼砂的拉曼指纹特征图谱,为硼砂的真伪鉴别提供新方法。方法:在对13批硼砂及其易混淆样品进行粉末X射线衍射(XRD)分析确定真伪的基础上,建立8批正品样品的拉曼光谱平均数图谱和中位数图谱,确定以这8批硼砂正品样品拉曼光谱及其平均数和中位数图谱的共有特征峰为指纹峰,并进行相似度评价和聚类分析。结果:XRD分析表明样品S1~S8均为正品,其余为伪品。以8批硼砂正品样品的平均数和中位数图谱的10个共有峰为特征信息建立拉曼指纹图谱,以样品的相关系数为相似度评价指标,硼砂正品的相似度均大于97%,伪品的相似度均低于29%,聚类分析结果亦可以将真伪硼砂准确区分。结论:拉曼光谱法可快速、准确实现硼砂及其粉末的真伪鉴别。
Objective:To establish Raman spectral fingerprint of Borax,and to provide a new method for identification of Borax.Methods:Based on the accurate identifications of 13 batches of Borax samples with XRD technology,the Raman mean and median spectra of eight authentic Borax were established,and the common peaks of these eight Borax spectra and their mean and median spectra were determined and were used to establish Raman spectral fingerprint of Borax.Then,the similarity evaluation and cluster analysis were also used for estimating the performance of Raman spectral fingerprint.Results:The XRD analysis indicated that samples S1 - S8 were authentic Borax,and the rest were counterfeits.The Raman spectral fingerprint with ten common peaks of mean and median spectrum from eight Borax was established.According to the correlation for similarity evaluation,the correlation of the Borax was greater than 97%,and the correlation of counterfeits was less than 29%.Cluster analysis results also could accurately distinguish authenticity and counterfeit.Conclusion:Raman spectroscopy can be quickly and accurately used for the identification of Borax sample and its powder.
