摘要 现代高速公路建设中,桥梁上部构造预制工程基本为控制性工程,预制梁场合理的选址与规划布局,往往会起到事半功倍的效果;相反,不合理的梁场规划往往会制约工程进度,成为工程最终败因。结合昆都仑特大桥工程、阜朝高速公路工程工程建设中二个具有代表性的预制梁场规划设计方案,综合论述了高速公路预制梁场选址、工程任务分析、临建参数确定、机械配置后的梁场规划方案设计过程,总结得出了一些结论,可适用于高速公路预制梁场的建设。 In modern highway construction, the precast construction of bridge superstructure is basically controlling engi- neering, the reasonable site selection and layout of precast beam field often can yield twice the result with half the effort. On the contrary, the unreasonable planning tends to restrict the progress of the beam field, and it becomes the ultimate fail- ure of engineering. In this paper, combined with two typical planning and design schemes for prefabricated beam field in the construction of Hondlon Bridge and Fuxin-Chaoyang Expressway, it comprehensively discussed the site selection of highway prefabricated beam field, task analysis, parameter determination, and the design process of beam field planning af- ter mechanical configuration, then summarized some conclusions, which could be applied to the construction of highway precast beam field.
