摘要
针对上杭南门大桥水上大跨变截面钢箱梁桥建造施工难题,采用现场调查、理论分析、数值模拟和现场测试相结合的方法对钢箱梁加工制作、现场吊装组拼焊接以及线形监控进行系统研究,其关键技术确保了大桥顺利建造,取得了较好的效果。
In view of the construction problems of large span variable cross-section steel box girder bridge of Nanmen Bridge in Shanghang County, this paper, based on the methods of field investigation, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test, presented a systematical research on the manufacture of steel box girder, the field assembling and welding and linear monitoring. The key technologies ensured the smooth construction of the bridge, and good results were achieved.
