汉江特大桥主墩水下大体积混凝土封底设计与施工 被引量:7

摘要 蒙华铁路汉江特大桥主桥采用5跨部分斜拉桥结构形式,主墩基础施工采用锁扣钢管桩围堰。该围堰设计尺寸大、开挖深、封底方量大、灌筑时间久等特点。本文结合该工程特点对封底混凝土厚度进行设计,通过施工介绍了各项准备措施以及施工优化工艺,极好地保证了封底效果的成功。 The five-span partially cable-stayed structure is used for Hanjiang River Bridge on Mongolia China Railway. The locking steel pipe pile cofferdam is used in the main pier foundation construction, with the features of big size, deep exca- vation depth, large amount of cover, and long time of perfusion. In this paper, combined with the characteristics of the pro- ject, the design of bottom sealing concrete thickness was carried on. Through the introduction of the construction prepara- tion measures and construction optimization technology, it could guarantee the success of sealing effect very well.
