摘要
以考察新任体育教师在课例研究中反思能力的变化与发展为研究目的,选取杭州市拱墅区2所小学的体育教研组为例,分别实施2轮课例研究,采用内容分析法对其中4名新任体育教师在2轮课例研究中的反思水平和反思内容的变化进行了分析与探究。研究结果发现:1)伴随课例研究的实施,新任体育教师的反思水平得到显著提高,具体表现为从倾向于使用教育学的术语对事件进行简单描述、转向开始应用教育规律或者理论对教学事件进行解释。2)在课例研究中,教师的反思内容逐渐多样化,特别是针对学生表现的相关反思增加。研究表明,课例研究对于新任体育教师反思能力的提高具有一定促进作用,反映出课例研究应用于体育教师职后培训的实践效果。
The purpose of this study was to observe the change and development of new physical education teachers' reflective ability in lesson study, Two physical education teaching groups in two primary schools in Hangzhou were selected, and two rounds of lesson study were implemented, and the reflective level and reflective content of four new physical education teachers were analyzed by the method of content analysis. Results : 1 ) With the implementation of the lesson study, the reflective level of new physical education teachers was significantly improved, which shows that teachers describe events by education law or theory instead of by brief education terms. 2) The reflective content of teachers is gradually diversified, especially for the reflection of students' performance. The study in- dicated that lesson study has a certain effect on the improvement of the new physical education teachers' reflective ability, which reflects the practical effect of lesson study applied to physical education teachers' post-training.
