摘要 水上液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)加气站在线监控系统是保障内河航运安全、绿色的一个重要系统,而现有的安全监控系统存在设计过于简单、监控内容不全面等问题,且水上LNG加气站的相关技术及规章制度都不成熟、不完善。针对这些问题,设计一种采用光纤传感器采集数据的在线安全监控系统,论述该系统的总体框架和软硬件实现。该系统可实现对甲烷的浓度和温度及周围环境温度的实时监测,能体现该系统的高性能、高效率、强实时性和可推广性等特点。 While the online monitoring system is very important for floating LNG( Liquefied Natural Gas) fueling stations in protecting the inland navigation safety and the environment, the existing safety monitoring system are still rather primitive. The fact that the operation technologies and the regulations for the LNG fueling stations are not sophisticated yet makes a high performance monitoring system in great request. In view of the existing situation, an online safety monitoring system is proposed based on fiber optic sensors. The general framework of the system and the implementation of the hardware and software are described. The system is able to achieve the real-time monitoring of CH4 concentration and its temperature as well as the ambient temperature. The system features high performance, high efficiency, real-time and flexibility.
