摘要
通过对国内外船舶航行节能技术进行分析,提出节能航速辅助决策系统设计总体框架,对系统中涉及的主要关键技术和解决方法进行详细论述。提出从全局到局部的四段航速优化方法,可缩短航速优化计算时间,提高辅助系统的及时性。该系统的应用能在一定程度上消除船舶选择航速的盲目性,指导船舶在不同的航段选择不同的最佳航速。
On the basis of the analysis and research on ship sailing energy-saving technologies at home and abroad, the o- verall framework for the decision system is put forward, and the key technologies of the system is described in detail. A new four-step whole-to-local velocity optimization method is put forward, which achieves shorter optimization time and improves the timeliness of the decision system. The application of the system, to a certain extent, will help to get rid of the blindness in deciding ship speed and guide ships choosing the best speed according to different voyage sectors.
