40例小儿颅骨重建术的手术配合及护理

摘要 本文就2012年1月-2016年12月年中国医学科学院整形外科医院收治的40例颅缝早闭症患者，行颅内外入路颅骨重建术的手术配合及护理进行分析。笔者认为，术前将床头整体抬高15°-30°，减低颅内压，减轻脑水肿；全麻后再置无菌导尿管，可杜绝患者疼痛不适，提高导尿的成功率。
