内隐领导理论视域下青少年领导力培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Adolescents' Leadership from the Perspective of Implicit Leadership Theories

摘要 内隐领导理论是个体在长期实践过程中形成的关于领导者的认知结构,它为人们提供了理解领导行为的认知基础和行为规范,也是青少年领导力形成和发展的模板与框架。内隐领导理论对青少年领导力培养具有积极的指导意义,一方面,内隐领导理论的八维度结构决定着青少年领导力发展的主要内容;另一方面,内隐领导理论的影响因素为青少年领导力培养指明了方向。 Implicit Leadership Theories (ILTs) is a cognitive structure about the leaders, which is formed in the course of one's long - term practices and is also the template and framework of the formation and developnent of adolescents' leadership. It provides the cognitive basis and code of conduct for people to understand leadership behavior. ILTs is of guiding significance to foster adolescents' leadership. On the one hand, the eight dimensions structure of ILTs determines the key contents of the development of adolescents' leadership. On the other hand, the influencing factors of ILTs give the direction of adoles- cents' leadership cultivation.
