摘要
针对煤矿井下的自动排水问题,设计了基于单片机AT89C52的矿井排水自动控制系统。排水自动控制系统由水位传感器、A/D转换器ADC0832、单片机复位电路、数码显示电路、报警电路、电机控制和驱动电路组成。水位高度可用水位传感器检测出来并将其转换为电压信号,再经A/D转换器ADC0832将电压信号转换为8路并行数字信号,再将其送入单片机AT89C52进行处理。通过实例分析说明该方法较好地解决了排水的自动控制问题,取得了良好的控制效果,达到节能环保的目的。
According to the mine drainage automatic control,the automatic control system based on single chip microcomputer AT89C52 is presented and it is composed of water level sensor,A/D converter ADC0832,the single chip microcomputer reset circuit,the crystals circuit,the digital display circuit,the motor drive circuit,and the light and sound alarm circuit. The water level can be measured by the water level sensor and converted into voltage signal,then it is converted into 8 road parallel digital signal through A/D converter ADC0832 and finally it is sent into the single chip microcomputer AT89C52 to be processed. The result proves that the method solves the automatic control problem of the water level of the pump and the good control effect is got,achieving the energy saving and environmental protection.
