热裂解气相色谱-质谱联用法鉴别三种弹性纤维 被引量:5

摘要 采用热裂解气相色谱-质谱联用技术建立了聚氨酯纤维、二烯类和聚烯烃3种弹性纤维的鉴别方法。裂解温度为600℃时,可以最大限度同时显示聚氨酯纤维、二烯类和聚烯烃3种弹性纤维样品特征。聚氨酯纤维的特征性裂解产物是:不同聚合度(—O—CO—N—)n的中间体;特征离子碎片峰是荷质比(m/z)=71。二烯类纤维的特征性裂解产物是:异戊二烯及它的同分异构体和同系物、柠檬烯及它的同分异构体、β-律草烯及它的同分异构体、西柏烯及它的同分异构体等;特征离子碎片峰是m/z=68、79、93等。聚烯烃纤维的特征性裂解产物是:烯烃和烷烃;特征离子碎片峰是m/z=55、57等。 An identification method of three elastic fibers, polyurethane fiber, elastoliene fiber and polyolefin fiber, were established by pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. As shown by the experimental results, it was better to choose 600 ℃ as the pyrolytic temperature in the identification, as more significant characteristic information were displayed simultaneously. Polyurethane fiber was identified intermediate products of(-O--CO--N-)n with varies degree of polymerization. Polyurethane fiber's characteristic frag- ment ion peak was m/z=71. Elastoliene fiber's characteristic pyrolysis products were isoprene and its iso- mers and homologous; Limonene and its isomers; beta-Humulene and its isomers; cembrene and its iso- mers. Elastoliene fiber's characteristic fragment ion peak was m/z=68, 79, 93 etc. Polyolefin fiber's char- acteristic pyrolysis products were alkene and alkane, characteristic fragment ion peak was m/z=55 and 57 etc.
