摘要
环氧树脂粉末静电涂敷机的上粉回粉系统设计的优劣对涂敷质量以及设备的稳定性有较大的影响。针对涂敷机的上粉回粉系统建立仿真分析的数学模型,仿真分析涂敷机上粉回粉系统的运行情况,依据分析所得数据对系统结构做出合理的优化设计。
The design of powder returning system of epoxy resin powder electrostatic coating machine has a great influence on the coating quality and the stability of the equipment. In this paper, the mathematical model of the simulation system is set up, and the running state of the powder returning system is simulated and analyzed, and the reasonable design scheme is made based on the data obtained.
