摘要
现阶段小齿轮轴孔的加工中仍普遍采用手工送取料的方式,并不方便。利用了大家所熟悉的自由落体与摩擦力原理,设计出了一种可以实现自动送料的装置。该装置能极大的简化加工环境、减轻工人的劳动强度及较好的保障工人的人身安全,使用效果良好。
At the present stage manual feeding during Pinion shaft hole machining is inconvenient .In this paper, a device which can realize automatic feeding is designed using free-fall principle and principle of friction. The device can greatly simplify the processing environment and reduce the labor intensity of workers, and obtain better protection the personal safety of workers. It gets good use effect.
