Experimental Study on the Effect of Heating Time on the Sealing Quality of EPE

珍珠棉包装袋应用面广、需求量大,目前主要采用电热丝热切及热封一次性成型的加工方法。在产品制造过程中主要面临着封切效率低、切口质量不佳,热封后的粘附力小、易氧化等质量问题,对不同加热时间下的珍珠棉的热封切质量进行研究,以封切质量为优化目标,研究电热时间参数对珍珠棉的封切质量的影响。

There are wide application, high demand of EPE packaging bag, at present the main processing method of EPE packaging bag is electrothermal cut. Low adhesion, oxidation and other quality problems such as cut low efficiency and poor quality of incision happen in the manufacturing process. In this paper, the heat sealing and cutting quality of the EPE with different heating time is studied, the influence factors of sealing time on the quality of EPE are studied.
