电热循环次数对光纤传感器封装材料的耐久性试验研究

摘要 针对电热循环次数对光纤耐久性的影响,选取英国进口光纤,采用循环通电加热光纤金属铠的室内试验,获得了不同电热循环次数下光纤的拉力-位移曲线,得到不同电热循环次数下光纤金属铠最大抗拉力;分析了光纤极限抗拉力-加热循环次数关系,得到光纤金属铠耐久性推算公式。研究结果表明:随着电热循环次数的增加,光纤金属铠最大抗拉力不断减少且减少的速度越来越快。研究结果对相应工程合理选择与之耐久性相适应的传感光纤有重要的指导意义。 Aiming at effect of ohmic heating cycle times on durability of optical fiber, select optical fiber imported from Britain,laboratory test by circulated ohmic heating metal-clad optical fiber, obtain pull-displacement curve of optical fiber under different ohmic heating cycle times, the maximum tensile resistance of metal-clad optical fiber under different ohmic heating cycle times is obtained. Relationship between ultimate tensile resistance of optical fiber and ohmic heating cycle times is analyzed, durability of optical fiber prediction equation is obtained. Research result indicates that with the increase of ohmic heating cycle times, metal-clad optical fiber maximum tensile resistance continues to decline at an increasingly rapid pace. The results has an important guiding significance to the corresponding project make a reasonable choice to detect sensing optical fiber with same durability.
