大孔树脂分离纯化南姜黄酮类化合物的研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文以大孔吸附树脂为吸附剂,研究其对南姜黄酮类化合物的吸附分离特性,选择FL-1、FL-2、FL-3、AB-8四种大孔吸附树脂,比较其对南姜黄酮类化合物的吸附率和解吸率,筛选出最佳树脂,并对其动力学曲线和静态吸附性能进行了考察。结果表明,FL-3树脂对南姜黄酮类化合物有较好的吸附和解吸效果。当上样液质量浓度为0.314 mg/m L,pH=4,上样液流速为1 m L/min时,FL-3树脂对南姜黄酮类化合物吸附量最大;以pH=5的80%乙醇为洗脱剂,洗脱液流速为1.5 m L/min时,解吸效果最好,达93.2%;经纯化后南姜黄酮类化合物纯度为40.3%,达到良好的分离纯化效果。 In order to select the best macroporous resin, and investigate their kinetics curve and static adsorption performance, the characteristics of adsorption and separation of four types of macroporous resin including FL-1, FL-2,FL-3, AB-8 were compared on their adsorption and desorption rates for purifing flavonoids from Alpinia galangal(L.)Willd in this paper. The results showed that, FL-3 resin had higher adsorption and desorption capacity, it exhibited best adsorption performance when loading buffer concentration was 0.314 mg/m L, p H value was 4 and the flow velocity was 1 m L/min. And when eluant ethyl alcohol content was 80%, p H value was 5, the flow velocity was 1.5 m L/min,the largest desorption quantity of FL-3 macroporous resin reached 93.2%. Meanwhile, the purity of flavonoids was up to 40.3%. It can be used to purify and separate flavonoids from Alpinia galangal(L.) Willd.
