四川康定地区仙桃采后商品化处理

Study on Commercialization Processing of Opuntia ficus-indica L.Mill.in Kangding,Sichuan

以四川康定地区大渡河流域仙桃为考察对象,针对该流域仙桃在流通过程中出现的失水、腐烂或碰撞挤压等问题进行了大量的实地研究,介绍了康定仙桃采后商品化处理技术,包括果实的采收、清洗、分级、包装、冷链技术等重要环节,同时提出完善仙桃商品化处理的策略,为四川康定仙桃采后商品化处理相关措施的出台提供借鉴。

In this article, with xiantao（ Opuntia ficus-indica L. Mill.） from Dadu River basin in Kangding of Sichuan province as materials, a lot of field studies were carried out on water loss and decay or collision extrusion problems of xiantao in circulation process. The commercialized processing technology of post-harvest xiantao was introduced, including harvest, cleaning, classification, packaging and cold chain technologies and so on. At the same time, the strategies for commercialized processing improvement were proposed to provide a reference for the relative measurement of commercialized processing of post-harvest Opuntia ficus-indica L. Mill..
