大气环境下白卡纸氧化生成甲醇的经验模型 被引量:2

摘要 以烟用白卡纸为研究对象,通过充氮气,在不同温度下平衡不同时间等方式,考察了大气环境下其氧化生成甲醇的规律;通过甲醇生成随温度和时间的变化规律建立了甲醇生成的经验模型,即:C_(OM)=2.63×10^(-6)·e^(0.0681T)。结果表明,该模型可有效描述大气环境中白卡纸甲醇生成量的变化,与实际检测值之间有很好的相关性(R^2=0.974)。因此,该模型可对白卡纸贮存过程中氧化生成甲醇的状况进行很好的预测,进而为基于贮存和使用条件控制白卡纸甲醇的生成量提供指导。 This work reports on the release patterns of methanol from white cardboard at different simulated storage conditions ( e. g. , nitrogen atmosphere, temperature, and time) , from which an empirical model of methanol generation was established, i. e. , COM =2.63×10^-6 . e(0.0681T). The results showed that the present model was capable to have a good prediction ( R^2 = 0. 974) for the amount of methanol generated by oxidization from cardboard at given experimental conditions. Therefore, the model can provide guidance for controlling the methanol generation in the related applications.
