摘要
为了提升轮胎定型硫化机自动化程度和硫化质量,青岛双星橡塑机械有限公司联合德国HF从保障硫化室内部温度均匀、避免内部泄露、提升中心机构上下环位置精度和优化中心机构结构四个方面对轮胎定型硫化机中心机构进行改进。将改进后的中心机构应用到青岛双星橡塑机械有限公司生产的LLY-B1780型全钢液压双模轮胎定型硫化机,经过生产测试,验证了改进后的中心机构对提升轮胎定型硫化机硫化轮胎质量和效率取得了预期的效果,产生了较好的经济效益和应用前景。
In order to improve the automation and vulcanization quality of tire vulcanizing press, Qingdao Double Star Rubber and Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. improve the central mechanism of tire curing press combined with German HF from 4 aspects, such as ensuring uniform temperature inside the curing room,avoiding internal leakage, improving the accuracy of the top and bottom ring of the central mechanism and optimizing the structure of the central mechanism. The improved central mechanism is then used in Double Star LLY-B1780 all steel hydraulic dual-mold tire curing press. Through the production test, this paper proves that the improved central mechanism has achieved the desired result in improving the quality and efficiency of tire curing press, and produced better economic benefits and application prospects.
