欧姆龙测温枪电池盖的设计

摘要 随着人们对生活质量要求的提高,家用电子健康产品已经成为不可缺少的生活物品,所以人们对它的零部件的质量要求是不可忽视的。本设计的目标产品是欧姆龙电子测温枪的电池盒盖,也是电子产品的主要零部件之一,它的质量直接影响到整个电子产品的外观和实用性。它的内容主要包括:塑件分析、成型设备选择与校核及模具总体结构设计。模具结构选择为一模两腔布置,由于电池盖是测温枪的表面零部件,其外表面的质量要求较高,故采用侧浇口进料。 With the improvement of people's life quality, household electronic health products have become indispensable items of life, so the quality requirements of its components cannot be ignored. The target product of this design is the battery cover of OMRON electronic temperature measuring gun, and it is also one of the main parts of the electronic product, and its quality directly affects the appearance and practicability of the whole electronic product. Its contents include: analysis of plastic par ts, selection and verification of molding equipment, and design of overall structure of mold. The mold structure is one mold with two cavities. Since the battery cover is the surface component of the temperature measuring gun, the quality of its outer surface is higher, so the side gate is used for feeding.
