A Method for Information Planning of Large Grain Enterprises and Its Case Study

文章提出一种适用于大型粮食企业的信息化规划方法。该方法分为调研及调研总结、规划总体分析、任务与工程分析、规划编制、征求意见、修订成稿6个步骤。文章详细解析了这种规划方法每个步骤的做法,并以湖南粮食集团作为实例展开讨论。这种方法将企业战略作为编制信息化规划的根本出发点,兼顾对新兴信息技术的把握,结合大型粮食企业信息化建设的特点和需求,既通用但又适度考虑了粮食行业的特点。

A method for information planning is proposed for large grain enterprises. The method is divided into six steps including investigation and investigation summary, overall planning analysis, task and project analysis, planning, soliciting opinion, revision. The authors make a detailed analysis for each step of the method, and take Hunan Grain Group as an example. The method uses the enterprise strategy as the fundamental starting point for the information planning, takes account of the emerging information technologies, combines with the construction characteristics and demands of the large grain enterprises. The method can be used widely and takes into consideration the characteristics of the grain industry.
