Diagnosis and treatment of patulous Eustachian tube

摘要 基于国内外咽鼓管解剖和生理功能的研究现状,本文综合咽鼓管异常开放症的病理生理学机制,总结了当前国内外咽鼓管异常开放症的诊断方法,比较了已有治疗手段的效果,并对将来的诊治策略进行讨论。 Based on extensive research of anatomy and physiological function of the Eustachian tube, the authors review the literatures to determine the mechanism of patulous Eustachian tube (PET). The purpose of this review is to summarize the current knowledge on the patulous Eustachian tube, present the current diagnostic protocols for PET and determine the comparative efficacy of variable treatments for this condition. In addition, development pros- pects are summarized in this article.
