摘要
c-kit^+细胞主要来源于骨髓和心脏,存在多种细胞亚群。目前研究表明,c-kit^+细胞是治疗心肌梗死的理想细胞,但其主要向心肌分化还是向血管内皮分化存在较大争议。因此,有必要重新认识c-kit^+细胞的分化潜能,且深入探讨发育不同阶段和局部微环境对于c-kit^+细胞分化的影响。这对于显著提高c-kit^+细胞移植修复梗死心肌的效率具有重要意义。
c-kit+ cells are mainly derived from bone marrow and cardiac tissue. The cells include various subpop- ulations. Recent studies have shown that c-kit+ cells are a kind of ideal cells of transplantation therapy for myocar- dial infarction. However, there is a great debate on the differentiation efficiency of c-kit+ cells towards cardiomyo- cytes and endothelial cells. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the potential of c-kit+ cell differentiation and ex- plore the effects of different developmental stages and mieroenvironments on differentiation of c-kit+ cells again. These studies could be significant for increasing efficiency of c-kit+ cell transplantation in repairing the infarcted myocardium.
