血脂康胶囊治疗糖尿病性脂肪肝的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Xuezhikang Capsules in Treatment of Diabetic Fatty Liver

目的研究血脂康胶囊治疗糖尿病性脂肪肝的疗效。方法选择该卫生队2011年1月—2015年12月收治的非酒精性脂肪肝合并2型糖尿病患者50例进行回顾分析。比较患者服用血脂康胶囊3个月后B超检查影像学变化和生化检查结果的差异。结果治疗前经B超检查有脂肪肝的影像学特点:肝实质点状高回声,肝内管腔结构显示不清,肝深部组织反射减弱即图像远景衰减,肝肾对比度增强等。经B超检查肝实质点状高回声消失,肝内管腔结构清晰,肝深部组织反射正常,肝肾对比度正常。经治疗,患者甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDLC)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)、ALT(谷丙转氨酶)、AST(谷草转氨酶)结果显著改善(P<0.05)。50例患者显效有26例,有效22例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%,经治疗无不良反应发生。结论血脂康胶囊治疗糖尿病性脂肪肝的疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective To research the curative effect of xuezhikang capsules in treatment of diabetic fatty liver. Methods 50 cases of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 were selected, and the B ultrasound imaging changes and biochemical examination results after taking the xuezhikang capsules for three months were compared. Results Before treatment, the imaging features of fatty liver： the hepatic parenchyma showed a high echo, the hepatic lumen structure was not clear, the liver deep tissue reflex was attenuated, the image was attenuated, and the liver and kidney contrast was enhanced, after treatment, the results of TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, ALT and AST were obviously improved （P〈0.05）, of 50 cases, 26 cases were markedly effective, 22 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 96.00%, and there were adverse reactions after treatment. Conclusion The curative effect of xuezhikang capsules in treatment of diabetic fatty liver is definite, which is worth promotion.
