浅析护理干预应用于小儿糖尿病神经病变患者的效果

Analysis of Effect of Nursing Intervention in Children with Diabetic Neuropathy

目的对小儿糖尿病神经病变患者接受护理干预的临床效果进行分析研究。方法对2012年10月—2014年10月该院的300例小儿糖尿病患儿进行研究分析,将患者分成AB两组,A组使用护理干预,B组使用普通护理,均有150例患儿,对患者的临床护理效果进行比较分析。结果 A组患者家属的临床护理满意度是90.67%,B组患儿的临床护理满意度是82.67%(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对小儿糖尿病神经病变患儿的临床护理效果较突出,临床中患儿家属满意度比较高,值得进行推广使用。

Objective To analyze and research the nursing intervention in children with diabetic neuropathy. Methods 300 cases of children with diabetes in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were selected for research and analysis and the patients were divided into two groups with 150 cases in each, the group A and the group B respectively adopted the nursing intervention and common nursing, and the clinical nursing effect was compared and analyzed. Results The clinical nursing satisfactory degree in the group A and in the group B was respectively 90.67% and 82.67%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention in children with diabetic neuropathy is outstanding, and the satisfactory degree of children is higher, which is worth promotion and application.
