双塔水库溢洪道混凝土施工质量控制难点分析

摘要 双塔水库是一座以灌溉为主,兼顾城乡和生态用水、防洪、发电、养殖综合利用的大(2)型水库。其新建的2号溢洪道均为大体积混凝土结构,具有水化热高、收缩量大、容易开裂、钢筋密集、振捣困难等特点。本文对工程施工难点进行分析,旨在为同类工程施工提供参考与借鉴。 Shuangta Reservoir is a large type (2) reservoir which is based on irrigation and integrates urban, rural and ecological water utilization, flood control, power generation and aquaculture comprehensive utilization. The newly-constructed No. 2 spillway belongs to mass concrete. Concrete pouring is characterized by high hydration heat, large shrinkage, easy cracking, dense steel bars, difficult vibration, etc. In the paper, the construction difficulties in the project are analyzed aiming at providing similar project construction with reference.
