Faults Anacysis and Treatment of No.1 Hydroelectric Generating Set unit Rotor in Chaihe Power Station

水轮发电机组作为水电站电能生产的主要设备,对电力系统的安全稳定运行起着至关重要的作用。机组转子故障是影响机组发电质量及正常运行的重要因素。本文针对柴河电站1号水轮发电机组转子磁极产生的故障,对故障原因进行了分析,提出了合理的处理方案,取得了良好的效果。

Hydroelectric generationg set, as main equipment for electrical energy generation in hydropower station, plays an important role to safe and stable operation of power system. The fault of the unit rotor is an important factor affecting unit power generation quality and normal operation. In the paper, fault reasons are analyzed, rational treatment plans arc proposed, and excellent effects are obtained aiming at the fault of No. 1 hydroelectric generating set rotor magnetic pole in Chaihe Power Station.
