摘要
全面深化改革需要广泛凝聚共识,形成改革合力。改革共识的凝聚和生成是一个现实的过程。它的生成机制包含社会心理机制、社会利益机制、社会规则机制、社会参与机制。分析和揭示改革共识的生成机制,对建构改革共识具有重要意义。
Comprehensively deepening reform requires to build consensus extensively and form resultant force. The building and formation of reform consensus is a realistic process. The generation mechanism contains psychological mechanism, social interest mechanism, social rules mechanism and social participation mechanism. It＇ s of great significance in analyzing and revealing the generation mechanism of reform consensus to build the reform consensus.
