摘要 针对SMJ320F281x DSP内部FLASH不满足空间应用抗辐照指标,又无法直接从外部FLASH引导的问题,介绍了基于SMJ320F281x DSP的引导加载方式,对基于SPI接口程序引导加载过程进行了详细阐述,提出由FPGA扩展FLASH,通过FPGA进行接口转换实现DSP程序从外部FLASH的引导加载,最后通过实验验证引导加载方法的有效性。 Since the internal flash of SMJ320F281x DSP cannot meet the requirement of anti-radiation indicators of the space application, and it also cannot be loaded from the external directly, a method of bootloader based on the SMJ320F281x DSP is introduced in this paper. The bootloader process based on the SPI interface program is described in detail in this paper. The FLASH is expanded by using FPGA. The DSP program is boot loaded from external FLASH by FPGA interface conversion, and the efficiency of the boot load method is verified by the experiment.
