摘要
核电站主控室主控盘台是核电站的关键设备之一,是核电站正常运行的重要保证。自1991年12月我国建成第一座核电站以来,核电技术不断发展,主控盘台的设计与制造水平也在不断提高。在主控盘台的设计与制造的整个活动过程,必须严格按照国家的法律、法规以及相关标准和程序执行,做到安全第一,质量第一。
The main control panel is one of the key devices of nuclear power plant and is the important guarantee for the normal operation of the nuclear power plant. Since China built the first nuclear power plant in December 1991, the nuclear technology develops continuously as well as the design and manufacturing level of the main control panel. The whole activity of the design and manufacturing of the main control panel must comply with the national laws and regula- tions, related standards and procedures to achieve the purpose of safety and quality first.
