工业锅炉作为一种重要的热交换设备,在化工、电力、供暖等工业部门应用很广泛。水资源作为工业锅炉的第一关键,对工业锅炉运行的重要性不言而喻。一旦水质检验出现差错或处理不当,就会严重影响到工业锅炉的使用寿命、传热效率等,使得燃料的消耗增加,造成资源的浪费。本文就工业锅炉水质检验与处理的目的、检验方法、存在问题以及解决措施展开了讨论。

As the first key of industrial boiler, water resources play an important role in the operation of industrial boilers. Once the water quality inspection error or improper treatment,resulting in waste of resources. In this paper, the purpose,existing problems and solutions of industrial boiler water quality inspection and treatment are discussed.
