摘要
首秦2#连铸机为改善铸坯表面质量,在投产一段时间后开发了倒角结晶器技术,很好的改善了铸坯的表面质量。但由于倒角结晶器的倒角与辊缝仪发生尺寸干涉,无法实现直接跑辊缝,不利于现场的生产组织,也不便于对辊缝进行测量,同时还增加了工人的劳动强度。为此进行可行性分析,通过数值仿真,实现了倒角结晶器直接跑辊缝仪。
In order to improve the surface quality of billets, the Qin 2# continuous caster has developed a chamfering mould technology after a period of production, which has improved the surface quality of the slab. But because the instrument size interference joint chamfering and roll chamfer mold, can not be achieved directly run roll gap, is not conducive to the organization of production, is not easy to measure the roll gap, but also increase the labor intensity of workers. For this reason, the feasibility analysis is carried out, and the roller straight seam instrument of chamfer die is realized by numerical simulation.
