郑州市儿童医院门诊手足口病处方用药情况分析

Analysis of Prescriptions for Outpatients with Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease in Children's Hospital of Zhengzhou

目的:了解郑州市儿童医院门诊手足口病患儿的用药情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查,抽取该医院2016年1-6月门诊第一诊断为手足口病的处方18924张,对处方用药情况进行统计分析。结果:使用率排序前5名的药品为阿昔洛韦乳膏、开喉剑喷雾剂、利巴韦林颗粒、康复新液、重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶;抗菌药物使用率为20.61%(3901/18924),以第三代头孢菌素为主。结论:该院对门诊手足口病患儿主要选用利巴韦林和中成药抗病毒、头孢菌素类抗菌药物抗感染,同时辅以对症治疗,用药方案基本合理。

Objective： To investigate the medication status of outpatients with hand-foot-mouth disease by analyzing prescriptions in Children＇s Hospital of Zhengzhou（hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） in order to provide references for rational drug use. Methods： A total of 18924 prescriptions of outpatients diagnosed with hand-foot-mouth disease were reviewed retrospectively in our hospital from January to June in 2016. The drug use of prescriptions were analyzed statistically. Results： The top five drugs sorted by the utilization ratio were Aciclovir Cream, Kaihoujian Spray, Ribavirin Granules, Kangfuxin Liquid, and Recombinant Human Interferon Alpha-2b Gel. The utilization ratio of antibiotics was 20.61%（3901/18924）, most of which were the thirdgeneration cephalosporins. Conclusion： The hand-foot-mouth disease in our hospital was treated mainly with antivirals（ribavirin and Chinese patent medicine） as well as antibiotics（cephalosporins）, in combination with symptomatic treatment. Medication scheme for hand-foot-and-mouth disease is basically rational in our hospital.
