城市公共交通枢纽与城市建筑综合体的整合发展研究

随着城市化进程快速发展,土地资源在今天变的日益稀缺。为了实现城市建设的可持续发展,城市土地资源需要集约化利用与发展,我国许多城市都有将城市公共交通枢纽与城市建筑综合体进行集约化整合发展的需求。本文对西安城市公共交通枢纽与城市建筑综合体整合发展存在的问题进行分析总结,在世界范围内对两者空间衔接方式进行归纳分析,并从不同综合体的类型对两者整合发展情况进行归纳分析,为我国城市土地集约化利用及规划发展提供宝贵经验。

With the rapid development of urbanization, land resources become increasingly scarce today. In order to realize the sustainable development of city construction, city land resources needs intensive use and development, many of our city are the city public transport hub and the city building complex set of integrated development of reduced demand. This paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the integrated development of urban public transport hub and urban building complex in Xi＇an. Methods to summarize and analyze the two space convergence in the world, and from different types of complex integrating the development of our country for intensive land utilization and city planning and development provide valuable experience.
