摘要
针对某型号客车在行驶过程中出现的车窗窗框结构破坏现象 ,采用有限元方法对客车车身结构作静态强度分析和模态分析 ,并在此基础上对车身结构作故障诊断 ,以确定导致车身结构破坏的原因。在整个研究过程中 ,确立了客车车身结构有限元分析的建模方法和模拟原则 ,并将静强度计算与模态分析方法结合起来计算客车车身模态下的应力 。
The sympathetic vibration will not only influence the comfort of the passenger, but also damage the bus structure. But it is difficult to find out the structure bug of the bus. This essay deals with this problem by using the finite element method (FEM). During the whole analysis process, the modeling method and the simulation principle of the bus are established. It integrates the static analysis with the modal analysis, so that the modal stress of the bus can be obtained and the structure bug can be found out. It brings forward a new method to diagnose the bus structure failure.
