摘要
采用正交试验设计的方法优化了复合防水剂的配合比,研究了复合防水剂对混凝土的工作性、抗压强度、抗盐冻性能的影响。研究表明:掺入复合防水剂后混凝土工作性良好,用水量可降低10 kg/m^3;各龄期抗压强度较基准组均有提高,28 d和56 d抗压强度比可达110.0%、122.1%;56 d电通量较基准组可降低50.6%。耐盐冻融循环次数较基准组提高180次,最低的质量损失率为3.9%。
The orthogonal text was applied to optimize the recipe of compoud repeling agent. Meanwhile,the effects of compoud repeling agent on the workability,compressive strength,and freeze-deicing salt resistance were studied. The result indicates that the admixture leaded a positive feedback on workability,the dosage of water can be reduced by 10 kg/m^3. Compared with the original recipe,the strength can be increased in each age,the 28 d and 56 d strength can be reached 110. 0% and 122. 1%,respectively.The 56 d coulomb electric flux can be reduced by 50. 6% compared to the benchmark. The number of salt frost cycles can be increased 180 times compared with the baseline,and the lowest mass loss rate is 3. 9%.
