摘要
介绍了一种新型一锅法常温下合成缓释型保坍剂的方法,并探讨了链转移剂、引发剂用量对保坍剂净浆流动度及吸附量的影响。研究表明:当链转移剂用量为TPEG的0.7%,引发剂用量为TPEG的2%时,水泥净浆流动度经时损失最小,吸附量1.5 h达到最大,混凝土坍落度2 h内无损失,对凝结时间和抗压强度无不利影响。
A new one-pot method of synthesizing slow-release slump retaining agent under room temperature was introduced and the effect of chain transfer agent and initiator on fluidity and adsorption capacity of slump stabilizer was discussed. The results show that when the dosage of initiator is 0. 7% of TPEG,the content of initiator is 2% of TPEG,the fluidity of cement paste loss is the smallest and the adsorption percentage at 1. 5 h is the highest,and the properties of concrete reach high-points. The concrete slump loss keep no change within 2 h and has no adverse effect on the setting time and compressive strength.
