回收粉尘的掺量对水泥稳定碎石基层的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究掺配不同质量分数的粉尘对水泥稳定碎石基层力学性能的影响,确定出粉尘掺量的合适范围。采用抗压回弹试验和有限差分数值软件FLAC3D,对粉尘掺量为1%~5%的水泥稳定碎石基层以及路面结构进行数值模拟,分析粉尘水泥稳定碎石基层抗变形能力以及其路面的应力、应变的变化规律,经过与基本型的对比研究,得出结论为在水泥稳定碎石中掺配不大于3%的粉尘量可以在满足技术规范要求的同时减少环境污染。 In order to study the effect of dust on the mechanical properties of cement stabilized crushed stone base with different mass fraction,and to determine the appropriate range of dust content. The compressive resilience test and finite difference numerical software FLAC3D were used,the dust content of 1%-5% of the cement stabilized gravel base and pavement structure to carry on the numerical simulation. The anti-deformation ability of cement stabilized crushed stone base and the changing law of the stress and strain of pavement were analyzed. Through the comparison with the basic type,it is concluded that the dust content in cement stabilized crushed stone with no more than 3% can meet the requirements of technical specifications and reduce environmental pollution.
