摘要 采用基本的力学方法研究了不同掺量的锰渣对混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度的影响。并通过加速碳化试验和抗冻性试验探究了锰渣混凝土的抗碳化性能和抗冻性。采用压汞法技术探究了锰渣混凝土内部的孔结构。结果表明:当锰渣掺量大于10%时,随着锰渣掺量的增加,混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度降低;掺加30%锰渣混凝土的抗碳化性能和抗冻性最差,碳化56 d时其碳化深度已达10.0 mm,冻融循环240次,其相对动弹性模量降低到0.71;碳化之后孔隙率降低,孔径细化,冻融循环导致孔隙率增大,孔径粗化。 The effect of different content of manganese slag on compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete was studied by using basic mechanical method. The carbonization resistance and frost resistance of concrete with manganese slag were investigated by accelerated carbonization test and frost resistance test. The pore structure of concrete with manganese slag was investigated by mercury intrusion porosimetry. The results show that the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete decreased with the increase of manganese slag content when the content of manganese slag was more than 10%; The carbonization resistance and frost resistance of concrete with 30% manganese slag were the worst,for example the carbonization depth has reached 10. 0 mm after accelerated carbonization for 56 d and the relative dynamic elastic modulus decreased to 0. 71 after freeze-thaw 240 cycles; The porosity was decreased and the pore size was refined after carbonization; Freeze-thaw cycles lead to the increase of porosity and pore size.
